Your cameras already know where the time goes.

We turn the footage your security cameras already record into numbers about trucks, docks, forklifts and queues. There's no new system to buy, and we never score people.

What your cameras can answer

Questions you've wondered about, measured from footage you already have.

How long do trucks wait at the docks?

Arrival to door, door to departure, by hour and by door.

dock dwell · door turn time

Where does material sit?

Staging areas that fill up, and how long pallets stay before they move.

staging dwell · queue length

Are forklifts moving or waiting?

Share of the shift spent travelling, handling and idle, by zone.

utilisation · travel paths

When does the yard back up?

Trailers and trucks queued at the gate or in the yard, hour by hour across the week.

yard queue · gate-to-door time

Which doors and aisles carry the load?

Where traffic concentrates, and which doors sit unused while others queue.

door utilisation · traffic heat map

What can't your cameras see?

The blind spots that matter for the questions above, and where a camera re-aim would close them.

coverage map · blind spots

Straight answers

What people ask first.

Do we need to buy cameras or software?

No. We work from the cameras and recorder you already have. If a question needs a view you don't have, we'll say so and suggest the cheapest fix, which is often re-aiming a camera you already own.

Will you watch or rate our employees?

No. We count and time trucks, trailers, pallets and forklifts. We don't identify anyone, we don't use face recognition, and reports never single out a person.

How do you get the footage?

Your team exports a set of clips from the recorder (we send step-by-step instructions) and hands them over on a drive or by secure link. We never log in to your network or cameras.

Is this done with AI?

Yes, and we're open about it. Computer-vision models detect and track vehicles and equipment in the footage, and AI tools (including Anthropic's Claude) help with the analysis and writing. Every number in a report traces back to frames you can check yourself.

What if our cameras can't answer the question?

Then the free consultation is where you find out, before you spend anything. We'd rather tell you a camera can't see door 4 than sell you a study that guesses.

Where do you work?

Industrial sites in Lake County and north Cook County, Illinois: warehouses, distribution centres, manufacturers, yards and storage.
